Description :
Charm Lilac features showy panicles of fragrant pink flowers rising above the foliage in mid spring, which emerge from distinctive rose flower buds. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It has bluish-green foliage throughout the season. The heart-shaped leaves do not develop any appreciable fall colour. The smooth gray bark is not particularly outstanding.
