Description :

Climbing vine for trellis, walls and fences.  Likes cool root system so plant round cover over top of roots.  Clematis that are pruned hard are summer flowering.  Clematis that are now pruned are spring flowering and should be pruned after flowering. Medium blue 2", bell shaped flowers in spring.
